Quality

Facoli’s reinforced walls are completely FLAT, wall junctions are invisible.

A consistent quality is achieved during production, achieving a structural ensemble with huge advantages. Facoli is the only building system comprised by steel frames and reinforced concrete, making all Facoli structures extremely safe and reliable.

Quickness

Facoli’s building system is the fastest in the country. Up to 100 lineal meters can be installed in a single day, which is equivalent to 250 wall squared meters.

No other building system is comparable to the agility achieved during installation.

Economic

Facoli’s reinforced concrete walls are 45-50% more economical as compared to block construction. Given its fast installation, costs related to conventional construction such as labor, long construction of the shell, inspections, occupational safety, and weather-related delays are minimized considerably. Facoli does not require foundations, a 6cm concrete underfloor will suffice representing 40-50% savings in materials for the underfloor. Thanks to the indirect savings achievable by Facoli’s building system, total costs will be diminished and in a shorter period than with others.
