The team is made by professionals who will develop all the different stages in the construction process so your project is ready to move in once delivered.

This option includes: preliminary studies, detailed quote, personalized design, construction blueprints, institutional permits, pre-construction work and construction. Your role in the process will be as a spectator and as active as you wish when choosing the finishes along with our architects.

Another option is to bring your design and blueprints or have our team make the design, and Facoli will only make the wall structure. It will also include the preliminary blueprints for the project.

The client must appoint his own lead professional for the project and Facoli, in this option, is limited to providing the walls. Once the client has the underfloor ready, Facoli will deliver and install the walls on site. After the client has finished with the electrical installation and roof construction, Facoli will begin the plastering with reinforced cement mortar to achieve a flat finish that is ready to paint.
